Set Up Your Projector

Step 1 — Calibrate Your Projector
Project the calibration grid onto your canvas, photograph it, then mark the corners. Do this once per projector position.

    Click Project Grid, open in new tab, move to projector, press F11
  • ②
    Aim at canvas — all 4 corner markers should be visible
  • ③
    Photograph the canvas with the grid projected on it
  • ④
    Upload below, then drag green handles to your canvas corners

Upload your photo to the left to begin. The app will auto-detect the 4 ArUco markers.

Step 2 — Reference Image & Adjustments
Upload your reference image, then crop and adjust it. These settings carry through to all four outputs.

    Rotate if needed, then drag the crop box corners — the aspect ratio is locked to your canvas shape

    Adjust brightness and contrast if needed

    Click Generate Outputs when ready

All four versions are perspective-corrected and cropped to your canvas shape. Project whichever suits your painting stage.
